Your delivery experience is important to us. This Delivery Policy explains how we handle, process, and deliver your orders when you use our ecommerce platform.
Delivery Information
Delivery Timeline
Orders are delivered within 3–4 working days (excluding weekends). It may arrive earlier. Orders placed after 10:00 AM on Thursday will be delivered the following Monday.
Delivery Responsibility
If a customer re-arranges, redirects, cancels, rejects, or refuses their delivery with our delivery partners without prior notice, Queenzy Stores will not be liable for any continued delay or spoilage of fresh or frozen products caused by the extended delivery period.
Dispatch & Amendments
Once an order has been dispatched, amendments or cancellations may not be possible.
Missed Delivery
If nobody is available to receive your parcel, the delivery driver will leave your order in a safe place within your compound.
Shipping Weight Calculation
At checkout, the Total Weight of your order is calculated using the gross weight of
each product (product + packaging). For certain products — especially lightweight but
bulky items — volumetric weight may be used instead of actual mass, based on
industry-standard dimension-based formulas.
Shipping costs are based on the Total Weight (gross or volumetric), and the final
shipping fee is automatically calculated at checkout for accurate pricing.
Store Collection
If you plan to collect your order in person, kindly give us a call before arriving at the store.
